Illustrator CS 6 Panel Icons

All panels in Illustrator CS6 have a little icon - for when they are collapsed. Some of them also have shortcuts. It's convenient to keep a reference table with icons handy while studying by a book. For some reason I couldn't find such a reference anywhere. There is a list of default shortcuts but it's not all together and broken up into categories. So I decided to make my own.

Yes, I didn't include Mac commands. Yes, I'm using Windows 8 and loving it, and still disliking Apple. *Gasp*. Sorry Apple fans, if you're reading this you will have to do some homework on shortcuts :)
